How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through our website and Instagram DM. Once your order is submitted, please send us your pet’s photos and any design ideas as soon as possible so we can begin planning your custom cake.

What information do I need to provide?

Please provide:

  1. Your pet’s name
  2. Clear, front-facing photos of your pet taken in natural lighting
  3. Preferred color palette, theme or inspiration photos
  4. Any special design requests

Can I customize the design?

Absolutely! Every cake is made to order and can be customized based on your pet's appearance, favorite colors, birthday theme, seasonal themes, or your own ideas.

How far in advance should I order?

Cakes：All cakes are made-to-order with no stock on hand. Please place your order at least 2 days in advance.

Fresh Treats & Cookies：All fresh treats are made-to-order with no stock on hand. Orders placed today will be available for pickup or delivery starting the following day.

Payment Methods

E-Transfer (EMT), WeChat/Alipay Pay, cash.
